Quality Policy
In order to ensure the quality implementation of our various projects, we have adopted a total project quality assurance and inspection concept. We have developed and implemented systems and procedures aligned to the requirements of ISO-9001:2000 (Quality Management Systems). We have been certified for compliance to these standards and specifications by international accredited bodies.
We specify quality requirements in our technical specifications for projects, and vendors and sub-vendors are selected based on stipulated qualifying and technical requirements.
Various Parts and Assemblies are manufactured as per the agreed quality plan, and there are check points to confirm that technical requirements are being met at different stages of manufacturing. The process is also monitored for quality assurance during manufacturing. Major components and raw materials are sourced from approved sub-vendors of acceptable quality. We also carry out quality surveillance and process inspection periodically at the manufacturing facilities of vendors. The final product is tested according to national and international standards before it is dispatched to the project site for installation.
We also implement agreed field quality plans to ensure quality during installation and the testing and commissioning of goods and materials at the site.

This standard of production is yielded by well - trained and highly motivated employees in combination with the most modern and eco-friendly machinery. To ensure continuously high quality for our customers, our company pursues the philosophy of a high vertical integration in production.
According to our philosophy to excel in various parts, we process the material solely. This requires very special equipment for the material's mechanical treatment as well as the expertise to know how to process properly. To the great extent feasible, we employ computer - assisted machines that is the Computerized Numeric Control (CNC) Machines. This computer assistance results in an increased precision and in minimized errors during production.
All parts and products are treated in a special pickling solution prior to leaving our company.
